What type of form should I file to petition my wife?

I just became a US citizen 2 days ago and is now looking forward to petition my wife. Can someone confirm the Form #?

If she is in the US currently, you can file I-485 concurrently

HELLO ,
I just passed my citizenship interview today. My oath is in three weeks.

I filed form I-130 for my wife in march 2008 . She is currently in USA on H-1B Visa.Now, as I understand , when I get my certificate of naturalization in three weeks , Visa number should be availabe immediately for my wife . Do I need to have her apply for I -485 only or do I need to do anything else to speed up the process of getting a green card for her.
