What type company?

I want to open a new company in NY state to do general renovation and small constraction. I'm planning to hire a few people. I'm not sure what type of company i should open? Coporation, Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnership, or Sole Proprietorship. I appriciate any help.

If u have acsess to some book a best selling author robert "something" wrote a book: "rich dad poor dad". he prefers corporations for tax reasons. Maybe u can read some of his work. I think there is a book on corporations. check his website. Cheers.
 
"C" corp might be better one for you because "liability" should be an important factor in your business. Take this advise only if you couldn't make out your mind after reading books or talking to CPA.
