What to write in DS-230? Birth certificate doesn't list father

Have a problem with my birth certificate since my parents weren't married at the time of my birth, my father is not listed on the BC. What should I write on the DS-230 petition forms? Should I write leave father information blank or write in Father details even though it doesn't show on BC ?
