What to worry about if you leave the USA?

My mom has health problems and I would like to visit her as soon as possible outside the USA.

I have a conditional green card through marriage. Do I need an advance parole? or anything?
Can I just leave and come back?

No, You do not have to worry about anything nor get an advance parole. As long as you don't stay out of the country for 6 months or more, you should be fine.

With a conditional green card, you are able to go out of the country and re-enter, as long as it is not expired.
