Gurus please help; I am dilemma on what to fill in current status in I-539
My in laws have 10 yr multiple b1/b2 visas
The officer at the gate wrote B1 on the I-94 (3 months) and left blank on the passport
But I believe they should have been written B2 instead of B1 since they are strictly on pleasure visa; and also when my Mother in law visited last time the office at the gate wrote B2 visa on the passport and on I-94;
Presently I am in the process of filing for the extension; if I write B2 in the i539 will it create a problem?
