Im a conditional permanent resident. i came in as a tourist in 2006, met my husband in 2007 and got married in Jan. 2008. just last month I got my approval for the adjustment of status. my question is, my siblings are applying for tourist visa, should they put in the form that they have a sister here in the U.S. my concern is, would it matter to the consul interviewing my siblings that I overstayed my tourist visa, although now I have my greencard. Any similar situations?? Please advise.. Thanks..
