What to include with form I-864

Hi,
I am starting to file my papers but having problems with form I-864. Some websites say you only include your recent tax return only and some say tax return, pay stubs for the past 6 months and employment letter. What exactly do you include with this form if you file after July 2006?
please help!

Try 864EZ

USCIS recently introduced 864EZ for the sponsors with simple situations. The instructions are actually very clear.

I believe for this form, you don't need to attach paystubs. You need to attach only most recent tax return. Attaching year 2 and 3 tax returns are optional.

As I said the instructions are actually very simple and easy to follow.
