Colleagues,
My case is very very strange !! I140/I485 concurrent filed Feb/2003. No thing approved ever since . On April/2004 the senator office told me that my case stucked in security checking. Is there any one on the same boat with me? What do you guys recommend ? Please your help

Sad to know your plight and such a long wait. One fails to understand as to why NSC does not inform about reasons for such inordinate delay.

In your place, I would have been long kept bugging my attorney. S/He is supposed to have written a series of letters by now enquiring about your case.

Call NSC first. They should at least approve your 140. Then ask your attorney to open an official inquiry for your 140. You RD has long passed the published processing date to justify an official inquiry.
According to NSC's own policy, they should adjudicate your 140 righ t now.
