Good morning,
Back in late may I sent in my I-129 for the extenion of my TN status which expires July 26, 2007. My basic question is what to do with the I-94 I currently have upon approval of my I-129.
What do I do with my I-94 (that expires July 26 2007) in the following scenarios:
A) My Main-in renewal gets approved before my current I-94 expires (not likely to happen)?
B) My mail-in renewal gets approved AFTER my current one expires?
C) I decide to go to the border AFTER my TN expires and renew in person (say 2 weeks after my TN expires)?
I heard that you can mail your current I-94 after you get approved for extension but I have never been in this situation before and would like to ensure that I am doing everything correctly and legal.
Thank you,
Canadian John
