What to do with I-94?

I was wondering whether someone can share experience with what to do with I-94 when you land in Canada and plan to come back to the U.S.? Can you use the same I-94 to re-enter the U.S.? Thanks.

Use the AVR (Automatic Visa Revalidation). This is discussed here a zillion times (search this forum or Google it).
