When I got back from my first trip to japan ,The immigration officer attached an I-94 card with my travel document. Now I am going to travel to germany and what should I do with this I-94.Do I have to de-attach it and put it aside or just take it as it is or what??
Please advice.

Gebre,

I usually give my I-94 to the airline employees at the counter; and the immigration issues me a new one when enter the US. But most people seem to be keeping all the I-94s. So, you have the option of submitting your I-94 when you leave the US, or you can keep it. They will issue you a new regardless.

It's up to you, like gino said you'll get a new one anyway. So far I kept mine until I came back and the IO takes the old one before getting a new one also they stamp the rtd with the same stamp as I-94 so basicly you have a copy of reentry there...
