what to do to get student visa ??

my brother want to study in US . what the first step he have to do ? did he need lawyer ? and advice will be appreciated ,,, thanks all

As far as I know, I don't think he needs a lawyer.

Contact the school/college your brother's interested in. After you've applied and been admitted to the college, they will issue an I-20 form to you. Use the I-20 to apply for a student visa at US embassy in your country.
