Hi All,
Today I came to know that my I 140 got approved by email
My priority date is August 2004 - EB3 Category
Can I apply for 485 now and wait until my priority date become current
or I has to wait untill priority date become current(if so how many days I has to wait) , Please advise me , I am in confused state

And sorry to say you will be waiting a long time at the speed with which the current rate is going for EB3. See the visa bulletin to see how it moves which will give you an idea.
 
Thank you for your suggestion, but I am hearing new immigration bill permits us to apply I-485 before priority date, what it might be?
