What to do if RFE never received

Hi ,

INS case status says' They mailed RFE on June 23'. But it never recieved(I checked attorney & my mail box). Can you suggest how get RFE letter?

Call the NCSC and tell them that you haven't received it yet. Ask them to mail you one. Typically, the RFE goes only to your lawyer.
 
:confused: Call the 800 # and tell them. They may ask you to wait at least 30 days. Mean while keep an eye on the status web site, just to make sure INS doesnt make a mistake. In my case they goofed up. Last August, as per site RFE was issued on 4th, never received it till date. Then 2 weeks later it said RFE response received. :confused: I dont know what they received. Finally this Feb another RFE was generated, we received and responded. Waiting continues....
