I'm a public health faculty at univ. and mailed my I-140 (NIW) RFE response letter to Nebraska this week, but not sure if I can get that approved. I have 6 journal articles and 4 reviews as judge and 9 reference letters including 2 independent letters. I'm in my 5th year for h1b and H1b will end Oct. 2006. I know I don't have much time and need to do something quickly prior to next month so that I can get my h1b renewed. Anyone has the same situation with me? Do I have to apply for PERM or other Eb-1 OR? Thanks in advance.
