Just heard from the AVM(VSC) that NIW is approved on 23rd, RD11/99, RFE08/00, RFERD11/00.
Can anyone tell me how to prepare for fiing of I-485?

Hi Jili,
Congrats!! especially after a NIW RFE after such a long time. Could you please tell us more about how you prepared your RFE, e.g.revising your letters, or suppliment more,etc and your background? I am sorry that I could not help you with your question because I am doing my RFE. Enjoy your time.

First find out if your case has been forwarded to NVC. If this
is the case then you are going the counsular processing route
which is very easy (no need for lawyer etc). Find the rest
of the details from the consular processing discussion section
in this website. Your approval notice will tell you if your
case has been forwarded to NVC.

On the other hand, if you are going the I-485 route, you will
need a lawyer.
