what to do after 485 approval

I got approved
While I was out of country I got approved -> WAC-03-019 and my spouse too -> WAC-04-032

Freedom......... yeah!
I need to go for stamping now....... could someone tell me how to go about it and what I would need?
Do I need to setup an appointment?
