what time to show up in Newark INS for stamping

i have approval of 485, and am supposed to get stamped in SFO as per the letter.

Since I am in NJ curerntly, i want to go to Newark center for stamping..


any idea what time i have to be there in morning..
4am 5am 6am. i dont have any appointment so, any one who was in my shoes please advice,

and how i can get there by PATH train. I am going from jersey city.
