What time of the day does INS update its message online

Hi All,

I think I waste a lot of my time checking my case status online multiple times.

Any ideas on what time of the day does INS update the online status? Perhaps I should check just once everyday after the status for the day is updated.

my experience, sometime during noon time (PST) everyday.

my status change on AP/EADs reflected on sunday saying "friday EAD was approved"
so never know.
(as per INS, they update this thru out the day)
