What time is good to call IIO

I tried calling IIO at VSC for the first time today at 802-527-4913. I am not getting the number. Is this normal? What time is good to call them? And how much is the aprox wait time?

Can someone give me number for NSC?

Never tried calling an IIO so can\'t help there.
 
It is very busy always

Call before 745 am and stay on hold till they open at 800.
I have called mostly on Thursdays and Fridays and I have got through with a min 10 minutes and max 50 minutes

If your time is good..You would get hold of IIO fast and
If your time isn\'t good..I pity you.
