What time does AVM updated

I was just curious, if someone has some idea about the time AVM updated. Mohemmed
Yakoob checked at 8:45 last evening, AVM has same old message. But, this morning
AVM got updated to approval. Does INS work in the night also?

I checked my AVM at around 8:00, with the same old message. I am only few of April
mailers, who are still waiting. My friend, in the same company, who applied with
me, got approval on Jan 15.
 
A fax might help in your case.

Good luck. Someone also mentioned earlier that AVM is updated at about 9:00 pm everyday working day.
 
It can be after 9pm also

I checked AVM 9:05pm; there was one message. Next day 7:30am the message had changed. I am sure INS does not works that late, they have some kind of a batch process that runs nightly.

I have one more question, is there some gap between actual approval and
and update of AVM. I have asked my attorney to do fax inquiry. But, I doubt
if they are going to do. They always take 2-3 business days to reply a simple
question.
 
AVM does not always reflect the actual scenario

We got our FP and a week later AVM got updated that FP sent.
 
AVM changed around 9.00 pm for me....

On the 22nd, i had check my AVM at 8.30 pm and it had the old "FP recieved.... case resumed" AVM
But later i called back around 9.05-9.10pm, and the AVM said that case was approved.

I had read some messages here that the INS updates the AVM till 9.00pm.
This proved right for me.
 
Its a batch process that is probably scheduled to run at 9:00PM...

every night. But, as batch processes go, there could be a small time variance day to day due to process and resource dependencies.
