What this message update means ?

I got following message updated for my I-485. Do any body know what it means? I asked my attorney to send inquiry for status couple of weeks ago.

On August 10, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I got following message updated for my I-485. Do any body know what it means? I asked my attorney to send inquiry for status couple of weeks ago.

On August 10, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It's just that they have sent your latest case status by snail mail. Most likely you (or your attorney) must have called USCIS 1 800 number enquiring the I-485 status.

I had seen similar message before receiving my status update. This letter will have some more information (such as whether name check/finger prints are cleared etc..)
