What is meaning of following message? Please help.

Your I181 CREATION OF RECORD OF LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCE was received on February 11, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

I got this message for I-140 receipt number. Today morning message was- case is taking 90 to 450 days for processing.

Check you EAC number again. Check using AVM. I-181 is different kind of application.

Either you have the wrong receipt number on USCIS is posting the wrong message on your case.
Most likely you have the wrong receipt number.
