What the hell is this ?

My I - 485 was approved in Oct 1st 2004.

Since then, I have been waiting for the Plastic Card ... After numerous G-731n, calls to 800-375-5283 and enquiries .... the following is the message it changed to the following ...

"On June 7, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

what does this mean guys ......

I am confused ... Please suggest .....

Reply to your inquiry

That message means, USCIS is responding to your inquiry. They will send you a letter explaining something.
 
RFE after approval ?

What is there needed to send except the card ....
This wording does seem to be of an RFE ....

Its NOT A RFE ... so just relax ... if u read the text it says

we responded to your request for more information concerning your case.

and your request was for plastic card ... so wait for the mail .most probably they will send u mail for biometric.

Infact when i changed my address recently and informed them... my case status was updated with the SAME message as yours .


The message for whom they send the RFE is different . so just relax ... and above all your gc is approved long back ... take it easy ... and enjoy your life the plastic card will be with you soon .
