My wife has done finger print on Mar 11th, but the on-line message still says that "the finger print notice is sent out...".
I did the finger print at the same day, and my on-line message was changed into "we have received your finger print...".
We called FBI and was told that both mine and my wife's finger print were cleared and sent to VSC. My wife is worried that her finger print results could be lost. So, we are going to call VSC.
Does anybody know what tel. now we should call? We prefer to talk with a live person.
