What should I make my 485 check payable to?

Hi,

I am going to file my 485. Do you know what I should make my check payable to? Department of Homeland Security or USCIS?

I just got my H1B approval. For my H1B fee payment check, I made the check payable to Department of Homeland Security, which was instructed by the International Office of my school.

Please give your advice.

I made my check payable to USCIS for my 485 application and they cashed it. so i am guessing its OK.

The correct thing is to make out the check to the Department of Homeland Security, but they do cash USICS checks.
