My Husband Applied For My Greencard In 1997 And We Finally Have Our Interview On 08/30/2005 In Nyc, Will The Ins Stamp My Passport At That Time Or Will I Have To Wait For The Actual Greencard To Arrive In The Mail, Also Will My Greencard Be Unconditional As We Have Been Married For 9 Years.

Your GC would be unconditional.

Since you have been waiting for a long time, i assume that your FBI name check is cleared. If everything is clear and officer happy with your status during your interview, your GC would be approved and you have to wait for your GC to come in the mail. USCIS is gradually trying to abolish the process of stamping on the passport to prevent fraud.
