Dear Friend,

I and my wife both got stamp on 6/12/03, I got my plastic card on July 18th. When I check for wife msg "no change" and did not get plastic card yet.

Is this nornal ? When I should call INS ? Or should I wait ??

where did you do PP stamping?
I did mine in Baltimore on June 10. No change of Msg and no card yet.
