i posted a message here weeks ago about me and my spouse's status. i dont know if this is the right place to ask for help. Anyway, i know it's time to file our taxes but i dont know what to do in my case. i have a spouse whose an illegal but he has not been working illegaly or under the table and i am so far the only one working. i just would like to know how am i going to file my taxes in this case. should i still go with the 1040ez or something else? we dont have any dependents. if anybody could help me, i would really, really appreciate it.
