I hired an att. to represent me with the Mandamus law suit. On April 10, 2006 I called the firm regarding the Cover Sheet and the summon which the law firm didn't give it to me. Well at fisrt the paralegad told me there were no such docomentations and then half a minute latter she attmitted there were. I was furouis. Why this person lies to me? and she was the rudest person I evern come into contact with in my entire life!!
The second issue the firm was filed MINE without getting my opinion and approval. I have ever met the lawyer whos name appeared on the law suit!
what the best approch should I take.
