I am getting really frustrated - don't know what else I can do. I know that I am not stuck in name-check but it seems as if my case is stuck in some pile which VSC has kept aside and forgot about. MY PD is Spe 2000 and I-485 RD is March 2005 - there has'nt been any LUDs on my case since Feb 2006 - when I received a sent out a response to a medical RFE. I have no clue as to what's happening - and why's has'nt been my case been approved so far? There are 100s of EB3 cases with PD bet. Jan 2001- and March 2001 whicb got approved in the past couple of months - how come my case is still in no-man's land?
