Hi Guys

Last week I posted a thread about my NIW petition which is sent over directly to AAO for review. My lawyer recevied the denial this morning.

It said basically following things:

1. Since all my recommendation letters are from professors in Universities, even though they are indepent reviewers, they are not qualified to evaluate national interests. Only the government agenciesy and orgnizations are qualified. My lawyer think this is ridiculous. What do you guys think?

2. He does not think the wireless research what I am currently working on is in national scope even though I send president Clinton's speech on this issue.

Also, the INS officer who decided my case does not feel very sure about his own judge either, as a result, he sent my case to AAO for review.

As you can see, I am in a total mess now. Pleaase help me. Should I appeal? Should I refile NIW case? What should I do.

Sorry to hear about the bad news.

I don't think you got a fair shake, but then again I don't know exactly what went into your petition. An appeal will probably take years.

It may have a been a bad idea to assume a speech given by Bill Clinton would carry any weight. There are many, many people in this country who do not think he has any credibility. Take a listen one day to some of the Conservative radio shows and you will see what I mean.

I don't think President Clinton's speech would have played any adverse role here. All this mess is because of the stupid attorney who instead of answering the queries of immigration officer scientifically and politely, challenged him.

Brian, what's wrong with you. Do you know if you spit on sky, it will fall on your face only. Everybody knows that president Clinton brought this country to the peak of prosperity, when he was president economy was booming like anything.

You have just come in this great country recently but started making statements like politicians.
