I got RFE asking for the following:
1) Since, my birth was not registered, I had send a no objection certificate from Madras Corporation with my I-140. Now they want additional proof like affidavits and school records. Would affidavits from parents and my High School records showing DOB be sufficient ?
2) My labor (BS+5) was approved for EB2, but due to some mix-up our lawyers applied for EB2 and EB3 and both got applied. We applied I-485 is based on EB2, now INS want to know on which I-140 my application is based on ? I don\'t understand this; because, my application clearly states which one it belongs to ? I am BS+5, and my degree is a 3 Year degree. Do you guys see any problem in this.
