What should be done if 90 days DORA have passed?

Hi,

I'm just wondering if my 90-day waiting on approval for DORA Dallas adjustment has passed, what should I do? I heard that you can make an Ifopass appointment to hear on your case's status, but wonder how many of you all in here ever done it? By the way, can you call the Dallas District Office and get response from them?

I guess my I-485 is pending on the name check right now, because I was told from FBI that my fingerprints have came through a long time ago. So, what is the phone # if you want to ask for your name check's status?

You cannot call the FBI for name check status and I am not aware of any number for the Dallas District Office. You have to make an Infopass.
