What\'s wrong with 140 EB2 in CSC

Does anybody know what\'s wrong with CSC in processing 140 EB2? It stayed on 11/16/01 for almost a month. Thanks!
 
Anybody knowing how to phone CSC? Please help!

Can anyone phone CSC to check the correct processing date of these two categories? Obviously, there are some mistakes on those dates.

I checked with my attorney. He know nothing about this. EB@ has stayed on 11/16/01 for almost two months now. It is really sucks. At the same time, EB3 only takes 2 months to get approved. Couldn\'t believe what happens to EB2
 
also checked with my lawyer

he says...it might be correct that CSC have stopped processing EB2 I-140 ..for sometime ..hence the same date every time..

i was wondering...if we should have applied in EB3 instead of EB2 ?
 
My EB3 took 15 months

Applied Jan 2001, RFE for original labor cert. replied in June 2001. I thought that the file was lost or something but finally got approved last week. don\'t trust these unofficial dates.
