Should I file I-90 for a duplicate card if the wife still don\'t have the plastic card 20 days after the husband received the card (same POE, entered US at the same day).
Can anyone tell me the average gap in between these two card if entered at the same time. Does INS (Texas) process (for example: E21 and E22) separately? Is that why they come separate and sometimes one takes longer than the other?
