What\'s next after my FP is taken ? Is there any phone # to call for the FP status ? How long before they notify if FP is okay ?

My original FP notice was lost in the mail. It was scheduled to be taken sometime in January. I didn\'t know that it was mailed to me until I called my attorney in June (.. she didn\'t notify me that she\'s sending me a package). First she thought that I had already gone to the appointment . Then she called INS to get another FP notice. I got my second notice at the end of June. It\'s scheduled for August, but I went to the center the following week to see if I can go earlier than the scheduled date (I don\'t want to waste any more time since I\'ve lost 6 month already). They took my finger print with no questions asked. I was in the center for less than half hour.
