What\'s happened in NSC

I checked VSC, many people were approved with ND in January or late.
But NSC nobody was approved in these couple days, but lots of got their
RFE, NSC issured so many RFE, seems to every one.
When we can expect our cases be approved.

I think most of those in pending with RD in Jul/Aug/Sep will get a REF soon or late.
