What RIR Advertisement format to follow?

Hi,

Does any one have any kind of AD format that needs to be followed for RIR process? My employer thinks that the AD should be very generic, and not specific, and my Lawyer thinks that it should be fine to get it specific to my qualification.

Who is right? and what do you think the Labour department expects to see? any guidelines would be helpful.
Thanks

Try to put ad specific to your qualification, but it should sound generic.....

For e.g. If you have Master's in Electrical Engg. with one year experience and applying as a software engg., then Ad could be like this:

ABC Company is looking for Software Engg. in XYZ city,
MS engineering (any) or computer sceience with 1 yr. experience or, Bachelor in Engineering(any) or computer science with 3-5 yrs. exp.

Make sure when asking for particular skill(s)/qualification, add word "Equivalent". Also If you have knowledge about any spacific tool/software, add word "desirable" with that.

Could you or some one please give me a sample of Advertisement for a person working as a Lead/Sr. Pgmr Financial Apps Technical Consultant?
