I work for a big company. My I140/485 have been applied recently. I got an RFE during DOL because of a layoff in my company few months before the DOL. It got approved later.
It might be possible my company may layoff again ( a small one probably).
Will that affect my I140/485????
I mean, since my labor is already approved, can I still get a RFE because of company layoff. Company is a billion dollar company and has no problems paying employees.
