Is it taking an approximate of 14 months now?
What RD, NSC is approving nowadays?

NSC's RD is anywhere from
Oct 2000 - Oct 2002.
and regarding 14 months,I shall be reaching that date in about 10 working days,and I dont think my case will be assigned even in 14 months..so it's all luck friend..

NSC is screwed up,and I am really ,really mad at them.
and I was looking at history of Mandamus (someone on this forum said they are doing one agst INS),and usually class action suits,and Mandamus' agst Govt bodies go nowhere..
so that's that..they are determined to make everyone's Thanksgiving and Xmas as miserable as possible..I know mine will be laden with tension,though I never thought that after 15 months in the last stage I wd think this...
Screw them for making me feel this way
Then,Minnesota local INS will not be approving any EAD /AP - so that's another load of cases at NSC.
Next,they havent even the decency to release their fake dates - forget once every fortnight,they dont even release it once a month nowadays..they have made a mockery of themselves..and the fun never ends -
And the irony of the situation is that TSC - which has the worst official processing dates,is actually taking around 13 months to approve...so it's official that NSC is the slowest and worst SC
I hope they have a good thanksgiving at least.

I am still not convinced those Oct 2001 RD approvals are for real. 
14 months is an underestimate, it seems now. When I filed my I-485 last Oct, I was naively hoping that I would get through in August, 2002.
I checked my status online every hour (addiction!!!). The old same bull about my FP.
Decide to get lost from here for a month and see what happens.
