What proof required for 7th year extension

My labor and I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending more than a year. What proof required to file 7th year extension along with other documents?

Copy of LC approval notice
Copy of I-140 Approval notice
Copy of I-485 receipt
Copy of previous H1-B approval notice

A cover letter mentioning the documents which you have enclosed in the form of basis for the 7th year extension.

And of course the fees.
