I did call BCIS twice. First time a while ago, they sent me
a written status a few weeks later with wrong information.
So I called again to ask them to correct the info, and to
expedite my case, they said they would not expedite my
case. Instead they could only send me a written status again
in a few weeks with useless stuff like "Your case is pending.
Contact us in 60 days if you don't hear from us".
It's useless to contact BCIS because they don't know anything
about your case. They will forward your inquiry to VSC
who will send you a useless letter.
