What other emails or packages will follow after 485 approval email ?

Hi Friends,
Our 485 got approved on 07/17/07 and got two emails, 'Approval Notice sent' & 'Card PRoduction Ordered' . I just want to know what we have to do or what other things will follow after this ? Pl. share your experiences with me. Do we need to go for Passport stamping (i think 551) and ... ? If so, to Where ?

Hi gcseeker2004,

Look at my signature for all the details related to approval,
i 551 is at the back of your green card, earlier i guess there was a lag btw approval and card sent, so u had to go for stamping for a temp 1-551 valid for 1 yr, but now u get the card in 5 - 8 days, so once u get the card i guess one is all set.

you will get the card and u and ur lawyer both will recv approval notices.

Hi sara_noname,

I live in NH work in MA,

Approval notice comes from texas, my lawyer sent me an "scanned" image of the approval letter.

The cards come from Corbin KY(40701= mailed from zipcode) bearing the Texas Service Center address.
