I have been following threads in which many people are saying they talked to a representative and got info. on their case (particularly related to LUD changes). I have an LUD change on 12/17 after FP received message/caseresume message. But the updated LUD doesn't show a new message, I wonder if it is releated to namecheck or not.
I want to call and find out more info. on my case..
