i have been waiting for a pending name check since this past July. when i got introduced to this site lately, i also realized that taking further steps with the USCIS is the key to get this resolved. i finally tried to send in a request for my records. the first respone was, we do not accept faxes anymore. the send response came back with a result. NO RECORDS. the problem it's not the NNCP, it't the FOIPA. my question is, can i take this and request from the FBI to expedite my name check since it's got no records. Thanks.
