Hi folks:
I and my wife had our fingerprints taken on the 3rd of June in Philadelphia. Last night I called the FBI and they told me that our fingerprints screening was completed on the 4th of June (that was extremely quick, don\'t you think?) and the case file has been sent to Vermont for further action. Can anyone tell me what happens now and how long the process will take from this point on? BTW, our 485 RD and ND is Aug 99 and priority date I believe is Feb 98 (EB3).
Another question: I just got my advance parole and it will expire in September. I heard that the processing of my 485 will be put on hold till the AP expires. Is that true?
