Now that chances of getting LC from SF DOL in the near future seems bleak, what should our next step be? My LC was received by DOL in Oct 2002 and my H1 is expiring in Dec 2003. I am sure many of you are in a similar situation. What are you guys planning? When should we take advantage of the 7th year extension. Given that there is a considerable backlog on H1 too, should we apply for the extension now itself? Or wait a couple of more months to see if DOL is moving?
