What Next? plastic card

I called customer service for plastic card. The lady took all the information like when 485 was filed, current address, address when 485 was filed, date of birth, stamping date, approval date, country of citizenship etc. and said that she will raise inquiry with NSC. She said I will receive response in 30 days. If not, she asked me to call back.

Does anybody know what happens next? NSC will reply in 30 days?

I am in same boat, USCIS officier (not 1-800 representive) told me same thing, but metioned that average time to get plastic card is about 120 days. My online status changed after I talked to him, they sent out some explanation to me. I dont think I can get it that fast, but if they asked you to call back after 30 days, which imply they are processing your card, you should get it in next month. Good luck!
