What new dates ? Not for TSC

Called USCIS after new dates said Nov 15 2001 - got someone on line after being on hold for 25 minutes - asked her to do a status inquiry on my case since my ND is atleast 30 days before the processing date - she said cannot do so as her screen still shows Sep 17 2001 and I'll have to call back later. I tried to explain that the new dates were on the USCIS website - she said to call back tomorrow. Frustrated #$@!%% in TX.

I was also not getting the new dates on USCIS website till I deleted the internet files and cookies ( Tools->Internet Options->General Tab), closing the browser ( all browsers ) and reopening it and then going to USCIS website processing times page and click Cntrl+F5 ( for explorer) a couple of times.

You will see new dates posted today.

This time it is surprised they updated on USCIS site but not in AILA site. Able to see the new dates for all 4 service centers without any refresh or control keys.
